the staffs were really nice, check in and check out went smooth. it was nice to have hot chocolate and coffee available in the morning. it was too windy and cold so we didn't get to try the pool or hot tub although they are heated. the full kitchen was equipped with most kitchen gadgets. we loved the balcony view. overall, it was a great experience. very close to walmart and shopping and restaurants as well
