If your looking for some place thats vibrant then this isnt the place. If you enjoy a quiet area then look no further. Our room was quiet dated. The sheets had some stains, the furniture was old and dingy. It was however, spacious.

While the hotel itself is mostly fine, there was an accumulation of small things that made it slightly inconvenient. For example, no power outlets near the bed or the bathroom, no ventilation in the bathroom, no hand soap, no room safe. There was also peeling wallpaper and mold in one corner of our room. The hallways were quite musty smelling and the carpets were visibly stained. The staff were friendly and the pool was nice, however.

Not a good experience here. We arrived a little earlier than check in and were told no one is allowed to check in until 3:00. There is electronic check in and at the front desk and it’s a bit mad. So many people at the same time trying to check in. The staff was not rude, but also not very nice. DO NOT get the breakfast if the hotel is full occupancy. We had to wait 15 minutes to be seated for breakfast. Never had that experience. I’ve stayed at 100’s of hotel all throughout Asia. There was very little selection for breakfast. The staff at the restaurant were nice. The room was alright. Horrible view of the other building next door. It’s in need of a remodel. The pool was OK, but they’re very strict with the time. Don’t go too late.

When I first arrive, there was this bad smell all over the hotel lobby. And when I was checking in, the three male staff did not greet me or anything and I stood there for 10 second until they noticed me.The staff who checked me in was RUDE. He was only asking me for confirmation letter and I gave him my passport and he refused to take it and keep asking me to show him the confirmation letter until I voiced out louder to him to check my passport. What kind of service is this? I do work in hotel reception and the standard procedure is at least registering your guest with their identity instead of asking for confirmation letter in the first place. The hotel AC is horrible. I had to call the reception and to the ENG staff to look. The ENG staff told me to wait for 2 hrs until the AC runs thou the room. I waited for 30 mins and still not colder, only hotter and hotter to get. I paid for early check in and what you guys gave me was a room facing the sun. Couldn’t you have me move to the other side??? The reception really need to train up.
