We arrived in Taiwan early at around 6:00 AM, so I booked a room a day in advance to rest right away, especially since we were traveling with a baby. Upon arrival, we asked if a family room (which we booked for our 3-night stay) was already available, but were initially told the hotel was fully booked. We stayed in the standard room first so our baby could rest, and shortly after, we were pleasantly surprised when the staff upgraded us to a family room to avoid the hassle of transferring rooms.
Overall, our stay was great. The location is excellent, with direct MRT access in the basement and plenty of nearby restaurants and shops.

convenient and accessible place. Unfortunately due to the age of this property, many items were worn off, carpet look dirty, rooms were dark. But staff were great and helpful, even staff from house keeping were helpful and polite. it will be great if Hotel can revamp and I believe their biz will be even better after that.
