"In the heart of Piccadilly, excellent location, close to everything, so many food options around, close to Oxford street shopping district. Tourists attractions easy to access from this area. The rooms are extremely minimalist, a little table and a chair badly needed in the rooms, other than that comfortable stay newly remodeled."
"We had a wonderful experience at The Clermont Victoria. We stayed in a Supreme King room for a family of three. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we appreciated the quiet atmosphere despite being located in a busy street. The location is fantastic! Lots of cafés and restaurants in the area and just 13 min walking to Buckingham Palace.
The only complain it is that the bathtub is very small and the design of the glass door is awkward so the water spills easily.
The in-room touches like a Nespresso machine, plush robes, and high-quality toiletries made the stay feel luxurious.
We will definitely stay here again when in London!

"Everything was just as it always is very clean very efficient very welcoming which is very important. The reception staff helped me a couple of times for which I was very appreciative. Enjoy the food in the restaurant and a lovely glass of wine with very glad to see you had white Zinfandel from California. I have sent an email about the dreadful experience I had with the minicab driver that you arranged for me I think it was with comfort cabs. You might be worried of letting anybody else go with that company and maybe find a different one. I was really quite afraid in the back of that cab."
"Loved this hotel - soon to become a favourite in London.
It’s close to Paddington so easy to get the Heathrow express.
Lovely spacious room with a kitchen.
Lots of activities (like movie nights and yoga) if you feel like meeting up with people and being social. Friendly backpacker type vibe but more luxury and elegance.
There’s even a laundry with free washing machines and dryers - even the detergent was free.
Only downside was that the pool and spa were closed for maintenance and that was something I really wanted to use after long haul flights."
