10/10 Excellent
"Breakfast was outstanding. Lots of quirky art work makes the hotel very interesting and rather exciting to be in. The staff were fantastic. We were there in a heatwave, Aircon in room just about adequate.
Very well connected transport 100 bus takes you to the Brandenburg gate and alexanderplatz in a few minutes. We really enjoyed this hotel and we would definitely return. Checkin is via an electronic screen . However we chose to use the guest care desk and very pleased that we did as we were treated very respectfully and politely. There is a park opposite that is slightly scruffy but there are some excellent eateries around eg Japanese eat all you can and well worth a visit is doner game for cheaper eats. "
"After travelling 2 weeks around Germany, this hotel was our absolute favourite. Rooms are spacious, clean and air conditioned. Comfortable beds with extra pillows. Refreshing swimming pool and the contents of the mini bar was included. Located within walking distance of many restaurants, shops, and tourist attractions. Would definitely stay here again!!"
"Titanic Hotel is my second home, courteous staff, safe and clean, excellent food choices, everything works better than I had expected, the staff is always on to help and direct travelers to locations or help with choices. The front desk is fast at answering the phone if you need anything.

When I return to Berlin, I would happily book this hotel again! "
"A daily fee for the spa area seemed over the top, versus one time payment. And some spa facilities were unavailable. Other than that, it’s a great hotel. "

"Everything was wonderful. The staff at reception were all exceptional and the barman in the lounge. Clean and close to everything. Highly recommend it"
"Excelente hotel, muito proximo da estação central, como estavamos em 4 pessoas, compramos o ticket 24horas para grupo de 5 pessoas no aeroporto, em 30 minutos estávamos no hotel, Dica: Use a linha flex que faz somente 3 paradas. O hotel tem um fantástico café da manha e um otimo quarto e chuveiro...tudo nota 1000"
"Great location next to Brandenburg Gate and within walking distance to many major attractions. The room facing the interior courtyard was incredibly quiet. Superb selections for their breakfast buffet. Highly recommend it. "
" I liked everything, I just didn't like it when I spoke to the manager about the refrigerator not working and he was very curt in his response. I think he could have been more polite when saying that the refrigerator in the room wasn't working."
"I stayed here on my last visit to Berlin two years ago when I planned this year‘s trip to Berlin I immediately reserved a room at the Westin. This hotel has excellent facilities. Everything is first class, and it’s conveniently located within subway or walking distance to everything to visit in Berlin."
