We arrived late, they called to check on us and offered to pick us up from the train station. Breakfast was excellent and we had a nice drink on their back patio in the evening. "Centrally located. There is a free shuttle to and from train station. We didn’t realize upon our arrival and ended up on a steep incline walk up to the hotel. I didn’t the shuttle option when booking so be aware. It’s a great service as the town is all hills. Easy to walk through the city center from hotel which was clean and comfortable."

"I really liked this hotel because it was in great condition, rooms looked pretty new. I had a studio that could have slept 5 with a double bed and 3 individual beds. The bathroom was nice and clean and balcony space was facing the mountain. The hotel is very kid friendly. Staff was very friendly, and parking was easy. It is only a 5 min uphill drive from town. I wished I stayed here longer than 1 night. They have two dining options at night (Swiss or Italian). Their breakfast spread was pretty nice, limited hot food but they had a nice selection of cheeses, breads, cokd cuts, and fruit. "

I requested a room change the second day after a significantly long hike due to noise from the Laret festival right below my window. The staff accommodated my request without issue.
