Windows and surfaces remained dusty, and the curtains, which frequently fell off the hanger, didn’t properly block out light.
The AC didn’t work, there was no fridge, and the lamps barely lit the room. Water was restocked only twice in two weeks. Despite multiple complaints, there were no apologies or extra amenities offered. The walls had visible damage, and overall maintenance was severely lacking.
To top it off, the parking rate was unreasonably expensive. Given the poor service and lack of attention to basic hospitality, I would not recommend this hotel unless major improvements are made."
