"We had excellent service by the front desk staff. We could not get the sound to work on our TV the first night and the front desk person came to our room with a different remote. I can't remember her first name. The TV still didn't work but she said the maintenance person would be there in the morning which was fine with us. The next morning the front desk person, Kristian, assessed the TV and he said he would get us a different room. When we got to the new room, that TV wouldn't work and Kristian got another remote and got the TV to work. This is a long story, but the summary is that Kristian and the evening front desk person provided excellent customer service to resolve the TV issues and did so cheerfully. They went out of their way to make our stay a good one. It was clean and had a good breakfast but the staff is what will make us come back the next time we are in Enid. "
