"Great, central"

"Beautiful property with updated rooms and cleanliness. Enjoyed the live music most nights. Staff was very polite and helpful. Food was decent at sushi, cafe and gastropub, though overpriced. The pools were nice and relaxing. Snorkeling on the property was decent and less crowded compared to other beaches nearby. Cons were that they didn’t clean the room everyday, but they did replace our towels. Also, there was sand in our sheets when we first settled in, understandable considering the location but annoying that we had to get them changed. The workers in the snack shop were also fairly rude most mornings. "

"Inside the gates it's very safe and nice, however the neighborhood the property is in is full of dilapidated homes. Not a deal breaker because many of the buildings on the island look like this. Still a beautiful property and very well kept. The architecture in the area is amazing. My only gripe is that there is no hot water at times in the room I stayed. Otherwise my stay was perfect. "

"Absolutely wonderful! From the time of check in to checkout we absolutely enjoyed our stay. We were celebrating our 21st anniversary and the staff went above and beyond. They brought a plate of desserts and champagne and to our room and to our surprise the next day when we arrived back to our room there was a towel arrangement of birds and wine on our bed with a personalized card. The location was perfect, close to shops and restaurants. The food was also amazing. The staff could not have been any better. We enjoyed relaxing on the beach and the waiter Emerson always went above and beyond getting beverages and food! Highly recommend."

"Loved this property. Very clean. The property was very quiet and tranquil. Although not beachfront you have access to Dreams across the street in which they can take you in a golf cart. Staff was top tier. Queeny was the nicest concierge person I’ve ever meet.she even placed balloons in my room for my birthday which was very sweet. She was Always willing to assist. The bartenders were great as well Latoya,Deion,and Ignu(not sure how to spell his name or if I’m pronouncing it correctly, my apologies, but he was at the Flora bar). I would rebook this hotel anything. "

"Good food. Everything was clean. Great vibe! Very well organized. Love the all inclusivity! Two things: there was only one elevator working for the whole Mangrove building. Was not cool! Second: they did not inform us properly the correct instructions to make reservations for the restaurants, so for the 2 nights we were there we could not have a reservation at a restaurant. Please give your instructions clear! Because the app is not working! You need to be at 10am at the reception bali to make a reservation for the next day. They did not inform us on this."
