The bed had a very thin mattress. ONLY redeeming quality was a very good breakfast. I don’t understand how this establishment was given such high rating. Use Uber in Punta Cana other wise the hotels over charge when they call TAXI,love the Domenican people they are friendly, i went to Punta Cana Blue mall 3times while i was there in resort for 7 days,its very safe a lot of stores and good restaurants!

If your new to the DR like we were, we used etransfers as our transportation and it totally eliminated any anxiety of being in a new space. They were on time, with your name on a board and smiling genuinely to greet you. We felt safe with them.

Lots of potholes and overall Punta Cana doesn't look like the Touristy place you imagine! Punta Cana overall doesn't have a good looking landscape. Still a lot to improve. Hotels on the other hand are very well worth your money, they're perfect!

The least faborite was the Dominican restaurant. The wait staff was rude, they kept forgetting our food and although the restaurant was not packed, the eait times were looooong.
Other than the restaurante, the service, staff, cleaning crew and bartenders were awesome.
