"Everything was good, convenient location fo the highway, plenty of room in the suite, kitchen had everything we needed for a weekend trip, breakfast was good and ample, we appreciated the healthy options. Like most hotel pools, it was a little too warm and small for lap swimming, but we lap swimmers are not that common, so I understand. Front desk staff was helpful and the information sheet on breakfast hours and wifi useful, more hotels should do that. "

"First time at this Tru hotel. The staff was amazing. Kimberly and Natasha set out a wonderful breakfast. One of the best I've ever seen.
Natasha was also working the front desk when we got there. She was very friendly and helpful.
This may be our new go to Tru stopover on our way to visit family."

"The property was very nice. My only complaints were that my room reeked of smoke and the hotel had bus loads of migrant workers staying there. They were all very nice but its a bit unnerving to come out of your room and have people sitting in the hallways and stairwells on the phone. "

The Air Zoo is extraordinary and not to be missed. It's like a mini Smithsonian only with so many planes. The story of Pete Parrish is a great tale. Also Rocket Comics nearby, and the root beer place, are not to be missed.

The AirZoo and the car museum are great but little known attractions that are worth a trip. We enjoyed great drinks at the Stamped Robin downtown.

I used to live here and I usually love downtown, but when I went there for dinner, I was immediately approached by a homeless guy in the alley I parked in so that will make me think twice about where I park when I go by myself in the future.

Kalamazoo seems like a friendly safe and clean city. Will explore there again. The delta has a nice bar with a very good manager Did not get a chance to try the restaurant quality or the pool. Just an overnight stay Disappointed with the room.
"Newly renovated rooms in an old property. Some bench and green areas around the parking lot to walk the dog. They even have a couple of BBQ pits there. Room was clean, bed was great. Bathroom was spotless clean. There was a leak on the sink, and the microwave was missing the turntable dish, management should try keeping up with maintenance. The TV was great and lighting and general functionalities of the room were up to standard. The A/C although a bit loud worked perfectly. Quiet aisle near the elevator on the 4th floor. Breakfast doesn’t have a lot of hot options, just dairy, toast, waffle maker (no eggs, sausages, etc. ). Staff was diligent and courteous. Nice area around, not walkable but good access to local businesses and highway"
"Everything was good except for the fact they were doing construction in the parking lots and parking was scarce. Also, the floors in the room were very dirty. But everything else seemed to be great"
