The first time we got put into an incomplete room with wires hanging from the walls and from the ceiling in the bathroom and there was spiderwebs and all the corners with a black widow spider in one of them I didn’t seem very clean at all tons of cracking in the walls paint chipping was extremely horrible. Also was not safe. We did get another room the next day but it wasn’t much better. "

"What an amazing find. Super cute and extremely comfortable. There were 3 seperate rooms. Kitchenette with dining table, living room with television and desk, large bedroom with televion and a great bathroom with walk in tub. Close to downtown, food and entertainment."

Tyler is the perfect blend of small town charm meets big city amenities. Tyler has great schools (colleges) and there is plenty to do to stay busy (if that's what you're looking for). The people are friendly. I love the small town feel of Tyler.

More laid back than in Houston. Tyler's drivers are little aggressive though. Watch yourself.

"The staff were on top of things. Our battery went out on our a/c thermostat and within 15 minutes they had come and replaced. The next day the maid knocked to see if we wanted her to clean our room, but I told her no and asked for an extra blanket. She called another maid and she delivered one in 5 minutes. All the staff were very friendly and helpful."
