"Stayed here for two nights and had a great experience. The staff were welcoming, the space was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Our room even had a fridge, which was super convenient. The AC worked well, and the location was great. They don’t clean the room or change sheets during your stay, but I already knew this from other reviews, so it wasn’t an issue. "Copper Point was a pleasant surprise. Our one bedroom suite with a golf view was exactly what the photos show. I was surprised at how well maintained and how well kept the suite was given how busy the resort is. The room was furnished very well and tastefully so. Furniture was not beaten up or worn (this is a busy resort). The A/C worked very well, the room was spotlessly clean, including everything in the kitchen cabinets. Staff were very helpful, housekeeping was great. "
"I liked the balcony in the back that faces the forest. It’s an older property, but it’s nice enough. The door to the bathroom didn’t close properly, it has a fridge and microwave and a Roku tv. Beds were clean and comfortable. Breakfast is at screamers icecream place. You get a little coupon. The breakfast is small but you can buy pastries or cookies too. It’s a little walk from the hotel. "
"Amazing! She thought of so many little extras. Not only was the house tastefully decorated but the mattress was the best I’ve ever slept in. The kitchen has every thing, utensils and dishes for toddlers, wrappers for food to go, healthy food choices, staples in fridge, etc. the bedroom was all windows looking out at treetops, great black out curtains, black make up cloth, plush bath mat, lighted shower, plentiful soft towels, 2sinks with lots of counter space and storage cupboards below, private toilet room, perfect mattress, soft sheets and bedding, lots of pillows (some plump some less puffy), labelled bedside light switches for the many lights, additional fan etc. pool table and tvs. Toys and outdoor loungers, back closed in porch, front porch as well. They absolutely thought if everything!
Wish we could have stayed longer. 10 stars out of 5!!!"
"The host was very amiable, and gave us an in-depth overview of all the area offerings, which we very much appreciated. The room was clean and comfortable. I love the cute added touches, such as the decorative lighting, the grill out/patio area, the individual patio tables and all the beautiful flowers. Keep up the good work and great hospitality!"

"check in was 4:00 but place wasn't ready until 7:20pm. Dishwasher had dishes in it that weren't cleaned properly, laundry detergent bottle was empty, bathroom lights flickered, bathroom fan didn't work, shower heads sprayed water all over the place. Location was great, beds were comfortable, pool table in the suite was fun, apartment was roomy and underground parking was excellent. "
