Lulu the courtesy shuttle driver was so friendly and helpful - the shuttle stops every hour at camps bay and V&A Waterfront and makes sure you get picked up at the end of the night. The concierge is also good for organising a driver for excursions. Highly recommended and we will be back "

We had no problems walking on our own at night and felt completely safe- that was a big deal for us as most places are not like that. Beautiful rooms and great food. We loved our stay here- no complaints at all. "

The only negative about this hotel is that it is essentially at the end of a dead end road (there is a security fence surrounding the hotel), so you have to follow the road back out to the main street to go anywhere. That being said, we walked around quite a bit, even at night, and found the area very safe. "
