Homewood Suites by Hilton Minneapolis-Mall Of America
10/10 Excellent
"Great location - 7 minutes from the airport and we were able to walk to the Mall of America without crossing any streets. It had a nice pool and gym. Breakfast was very elaborate - not just "continental". The Front desk was very friendly and helpful. Just note, the airport shuttle does not run 24 hours. Also, they charged me parking by default even though I had no car."

"It sucked that there wasn’t a kitchen to do room service. But I guess that was my fault for not making sure. Other than that they were great, I would definitely book again. "

"We stayed here for a week and it honestly was the best hotel experience we’ve ever had. Everything was clean and the rooms were always well stocked. The staff was always super friendly and help. I thoroughly enjoyed the shuttle which pick us up from the airport, took us to and from the mall whenever we wanted to go, and dropped us back to the airport when we were leaving. They have an indoor pool which was nice for a relaxing day. The do have a restaurant in the hotel which is located right inside the lobby. We did the breakfast buffet a few times. Overall we had such a great experience I will absolutely stay here again when I come back to visit."
"Was a short walk and ride to the train to run us up to the Twins game at Target field and back. Loved in and out parking privileges right on sight. Felt safe. Great service."

"Let people know if you are cleaning their room or not. The sign on the door said no thank you to having the room cleaned. so I did not put the sign out and thought being gone all day they would clean our room. We were gone 10:15 am til 8:45 pm and came back to no clean towels, and room not cleaned. "
"Great stay. The only issue was the first person st the desk at check-in told us we thr parking was a private lot and he didnt deal with that so we went outside and scanned the qr code in the lot and were charged $15 plus tax and it expired at 4:55am. Then we found out we were supposed to pay $25 with the hotel and it would cover until check out. The next person we talked to took care of it and made up for the money we lost. The hotel was super close to Target Field and the Orpheum Theatre. The hotel was very clean and there was a bar and restaurant downstairs we didnt use. There was a convenience "store" with food and drink items in the lobby also. The room was nice and upgraded with a fancy smart mirror in the batheoom. Very spacious. Comfy bed and pillows. It was nice and quiet until about 7am when we could hear the classical music that plays all day long from one of the nearby buildings. I will definitely stay here again. "
"We had a comfortable 2-night stay, although the air-conditioning was noisy. Good shuttle service to/from airport. Enjoyed dinner and drinks at the restaurant, as well as the complimentary breakfast one morning."
"It was great. Parking was $10 overnight. It was not posted on their site but it was reasonable. They were having some troublw qith breakfast so they gave us bags with granola bars, fruit and yogurt. I like having breakfast at a hotel and eat wggs and drink coffee which it wasn't possible this time. We went to an Ihop close to the hotel."
"I love our Baptist right next-door. It’s perfect de grass after my stressful trip. I stay here whenever I have to fly to Minnesota, which is about every six weeks. Rooms are clean beds are comfortable and the pillows are absolutely fabulous to die for! I’d still but I’d be afraid they’ll charge me $1000. 😢"
"It was a large room with a desk, comfortable bed, and a shower with plenty of water pressure. The staff was very helpful. He had some construction going on and we had to get to bed early to catch an early flight. I asked about the noise and they immediately stop the construction so that we could have a good night sleep."
