"Lets start with location..amazing. its in a safe area and so pretty with the museum down the street..shopping and lets not forget FOOD! i down 1 block from Grand Ce tral Market which is always a good place for a variety of foods. The valet is pricey but lets be real, its valet. Its going to be expensive for someone to park your car for you and have it up front ready to go when YOU need it to be. Check in is such a breeze with such a great staff. The rooms are lovely and spacious. I pay for space and cleanliness and Omni does both. What I dont see in reviews guest who leave a "bad" rating is listing their complimentary services to each guest. You get a car service within 3 mi radius (Crypto Center yes...LA Live yes) AND they also include museum tickets. While it is considered a pricey hotel, the amenities and complimentary services make up for it. If you're expecting luxury for a MOTEL price, this place isnt for you. Stay in your wallet lane. And I only say that because of the reviews that complain about "outdated" furniture or spots on a window that you cant see unless you get within centimeters of it. This place is AMAZING and falls nothing short of luxurious. We will definitely be staying again and because of our spectacular experience we will stay at Omni hotels when we travel anywhere else!!"

"Stayed for 1 night, and didn’t realize it was right across the Sonesta that I stayed at before. Arrived a little later than I would like. Parking was simple, it’s a covered garage with multiple level. Just be aware of the signs as it accommodates both big hotels next to each other. The front desk gentleman was amazing and kind. Even offered to switch my room out for a more convenient one. Overall, I was pleased with my stay and will return. "

"I was very happy with my experience after my 4 nights at this Sonesta. Initially, I wasn't satisfied with my room, but the staff was very accomodating and quickly found a new room for me that was up to my standards. Location is quite, and a short drive to beach cities which I was visiting while in the area. Highly recommend this place!"

"The beds were so comfortable clean and the room always had a fresh scent. I’m picky about hotel shampoos and these smelled really good, the staff was always on top of assisting without being asked. There is a lot of close nice restaurants, there’s a beautiful amazing authentic french bakery right down the walkway less than two minutes away. The other dining options were only about 5-15 minute walk as well as Chinatown, and Little Tokyo. Location of this hotel is perfect for everything."

"The staff was super friendly at this property., save yourself a walk to the park and get a lyfe for less than $15. Pool was relaxing and clean. Coffee was decent. Paid for the breakfast buffet and thought it was well worth it. Basic hot breakfast but the scones were super yummy and there was fresh fruit and proteins. Bed was comfortable but the room seems super humid. This made for a rough night. Overall you would stay here again. Parking is not free and it is an additional charge..."

"We visit Disneyland often- sometimes a few times per year and the Majestic Gardens is always our first choice for accommodations. While there could be some updating, the hotel & grounds are beautiful & clean. We love the large lobby and the convenience of the restaurant, bar and store. The rooms are extremely generous in size (in comparison to other nearby hotels) and always clean. Beds are comfortable! M favorite are the rooms with patios, leading to the pool & gardens, which offer perfect firework viewing. One suggestion would be to update the pool & jacuzzi. With that being said, I haven't necessarily had an issue, it's purely a cosmetic issue- The pool is rarely overly busy (at least in my experience) and has been great for a mid day cool off or dip before heading to bed. The fact that it is gated is a big plus- it makes us feel safe, especially during trips when I'm traveling solo with my kids. And of course, the complimentary shuttles- it makes getting to and from the parks effortless. Staff is always welcoming and accommodating- we can't wait for our next visit!"
