"Whoever was answering the phones at 2 am, and called me love muffin. Fantastic customer service, I will never forget the amazing customer service I had here. Will definitely be returning again and again.
Rooms were super comfortable, amazing sizes, comfortable beds, best sleep I’ve had in months. The bathroom shower was immaculate. The whole resort was fantastic from the room to the casino and everything in between. "
"I went with my young children and I appreciated the vigilance of security always keeping a watchful eye out, by not allowing my wandering son to move too far without the family."
"The Showboat is old and smells like mildew and dog droppings. We needed multiple keys for the room but once one key was activated it automatically deactivated the other. It was advertised to have a seasonal outdoor pool. The pool clearly had be closed for years and we were forced to drive to another hotel and pay $50 just to lounge at their pool. When I complained to CozySuites about it, it was met with no radio silence. The room itself wasn’t horrible but I will never used them again."
"They don't provide microwaves in their rooms so be prepared for that if you are looking to use one. I'm not sure if they offer breakfast in the mornings either. The bed and room itself was good no problems in that."
"It was clean and very quiet. 2 minutes to get to the boardwalk They have coffee, tea, muffins, orange juice and apple juice every morning. Everybody is very polite and professional. "
"Everything was great but the little street noise from trucks unloading stuff and garbage trucks picking up garbage. It was mabe 1 hour out of the 24 hrs that this inconvinienced me."
"I enjoyed everyting about my stay at cozysuite, it was my home away from home they had everything i needed at hand. I definitely will recommend to others and will be staying again."
