"Close to everything. Had occasion to interact with 3 different front desk employees and everyone was very friendly, polite and helpful-especially the gentleman. Pool wasn’t in service and do not count on the continental breakfast being anything you would want to eat. Room was very dated but fairly clean. Fantastic price for a holiday weekend!"

"This motel is a little worn. It's the best economy deal in town. If you need extra electrical plugin's bring a power strip. My wife and I have CPAP machines and hearing aids that need charging. Bed is comfortable. A/C works great, especially since temps have been close to 100 degrees. The Ice maker was broken when we stayed this time but the new one should be in by now. Management very friendly. "

"Nice motel. Not much pressure for the bathroom sink, plus it took forever for warm to get to faucet. Plenty of pressure for the shower. It's an older motel with quaint decor from the past. The manager was very helpful. A clean place to stay. "

We had yummy meals and shopped at all the flea markets. Even enjoyed some local music. It rained all day Saturday and we still enjoyed the weekend. Highly recommend.

"Staying at Anglers was like staying with family. Staff was crazy fun. Food in the restaurant was amazing. The room was cool and comfortable. Every room has a great view of the river. We used the grills outside and the picnic table. We also walked down to the river and swam. Is this place the hilton? No, so if thats what you are expecting for a hundred dollars a night then you will be disappointed. If you are looking for AC and a bed thats made of clouds on the white river with a restaurant a hundred feet away that has the absolute best pina coladas and friendly staff, then this is the place to stay.
