My wife and I made reservations 6 weeks early.The Hotel assured us that we would get a room on the 5th floor since we requested to be on a low floor.All was fineuntil they told us we was on the 22nd floor.I got that fixed and we were move to the 6th floor in a King Suite.also finding out that there was $54 dillars for parking and 250 for a security fee to be held on your card for any damages. "The check in process was seamless and the customer service was very professional and friendly. The room had been recently renovated but was falling apart, the towel were stained as were the sheets. The sheets had holes in them and the floor boards were lifting creating a dangerous gap. There was what appeared to be black mold on the ceiling and a dirty shower curtain. It served its purpose…a comfortable bed with a tv and hot water. Also, they have smoking rooms which they do not advertise."
