The location is perfect—close to the French Quarter and the Riverfront, but tucked just far enough away to enjoy a peaceful night’s rest. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated, with comfortable beds and great city views. I especially appreciated the small touches like complimentary coffee and thoughtful amenities that made the stay feel extra special. The hotel’s lobby and common areas were stylish yet cozy, and the on-site restaurant offered delicious food with excellent service. Every interaction with staff—from the front desk to housekeeping—was professional, friendly, and attentive. Overall, Loews New Orleans strikes the perfect balance of luxury and comfort. She was very patient explaining our options snd she knew the city and how the tours very well. The location is perfect. Corner of Bourbon and Canal. Transportation is right outside the door and the French Quarter is walkable from the hotel. "

"I had a decent stay for three days, even though my room lacked a microwave and refrigerator. I’ve learned the importance of checking what’s included in the room for future bookings. The staff was very accommodating, and I didn’t encounter any serious issues. There was a minor incident at check-in regarding a daily designation fee that wasn’t mentioned on the website during booking. Instead of disputing it, I handled it calmly and paid the fee. Moving forward, I will be more diligent in reading all the fine print."
