"Really enjoyed that it was a 12 minute walk to Disneyland Park entrance. The hot breakfast was good, plus make your own waffles are a hit for the kids. These felt like little apartments, super home-like feel. Having a full size fridge and freezer is a game changer. Having the stove and oven was a good convenience even though we didn’t use them much. Had enough room to fit our family of 6. Kids would play at the pool every chance they could when we took breaks from the park. Staff was willing to stop and help or answer questions. Would definitely stay here again next time we come to Disneyland. "
"the overall experience was great, i would stay here again for sure, the literal only complaint is no fan in the bathroom and the carpets did leave my feet very dirty. there is a window in the bathroom that helps but it does get humid easily, and i kept socks on cuz the one time i didnt my feet were dirty. only saying this so hopefully the property can find a way to fix these issues! otherwise the place is maintained, staff is super sweet, location is perfect! 9/10"
"Lets start with location..amazing. its in a safe area and so pretty with the museum down the street..shopping and lets not forget FOOD! i down 1 block from Grand Ce tral Market which is always a good place for a variety of foods. The valet is pricey but lets be real, its valet. Its going to be expensive for someone to park your car for you and have it up front ready to go when YOU need it to be. Check in is such a breeze with such a great staff. The rooms are lovely and spacious. I pay for space and cleanliness and Omni does both. What I dont see in reviews guest who leave a "bad" rating is listing their complimentary services to each guest. You get a car service within 3 mi radius (Crypto Center yes...LA Live yes) AND they also include museum tickets. While it is considered a pricey hotel, the amenities and complimentary services make up for it. If you're expecting luxury for a MOTEL price, this place isnt for you. Stay in your wallet lane. And I only say that because of the reviews that complain about "outdated" furniture or spots on a window that you cant see unless you get within centimeters of it. This place is AMAZING and falls nothing short of luxurious. We will definitely be staying again and because of our spectacular experience we will stay at Omni hotels when we travel anywhere else!!"

"Great property within walking distance of Disney—it would be a decent walk but definitely not a long walk. Uber/lyft is like $6. Garden Walk is across the street; super convenient to the freeway. My only criticism is the ac has a musty smell when you first cut it on. The furnishings are dated and need to be replaced but they are clean. It’s surprising considering the lobby looks so upscale; the rooms should reflect the lobby. Another thing is they charge a $200 security deposit which seems excessive for the price point of the property; they charge your card for food and parking separate from the deposit, which I also found to be a bit weird bc that’s the whole point of a deposit—to cover the incidentals, so they charged $300 upon check in ($200 deposit +$100 for parking), on top of the money I’d already spent booking the hotel. I know the money will come back after check out but that’s $200 you’re not going to see for about a week after your vacation is over. Anyway, despite that, it’s a safe, clean property with a nice big pool my daughter loved swimming in. "
"The beds were so comfortable clean and the room always had a fresh scent. I’m picky about hotel shampoos and these smelled really good, the staff was always on top of assisting without being asked. There is a lot of close nice restaurants, there’s a beautiful amazing authentic french bakery right down the walkway less than two minutes away. The other dining options were only about 5-15 minute walk as well as Chinatown, and Little Tokyo. Location of this hotel is perfect for everything."
