What truly sets this hotel apart is the staff. Their kindness and dedication are second to none. When I asked about shoe polishing available, they discovered it wasn’t available locally and then drove to the next town to get it for me. That level of care and attention is rare and speaks volumes about their commitment to guest satisfaction. "We stayed here for one night for a family meeting, and everything was fantastic from start to finish. The location is ideal—just a short walk from Glengarriff town—but still peaceful and scenic. The staff were welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, and the service was excellent. Rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a long day. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was a highlight: delicious food, generous portions, and great local ingredients. Breakfast the next morning was just as good, with plenty of choice for all ages. Would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a convenient, warm, and high-quality place to stay near Glengarriff. We’ll be back! "

"Lovely hotel right in the middle of Bantry, staff is always forthcoming and very helpful and friendly. Rooms are clean, the view over the harbour just beautiful. Definitely recommend, coming back here again as always - my top hotel when I visit Bantry."
