"We have been staying here since 1991, & we haven't been back in a while! We were so IMPRESSED! We loved Mate at the bar, Cindy at the front desk and Ivan the Manager. Great service, wil be back for sure!"
"Positives:
Very nice place to stay.
Bed super comfy,
AC nice, took a bit to learn how to adjust to make it not too cold.
Shower great water pressure and plenty hot.
Suggestions:
More than 1 roll of toilet paper is needed if 3-4 people staying in room and housekeepers coming every other day.
Washcloths should also be enough for at least each person staying showering at least twice per day.
I had to call for toilet paper 3x’s and wash clothes 2 x’s in a 9 day stay.
Also shower gel ran out. Had to call for that, too. Container wasn’t refilled when room was cleaned. Perhaps a larger container or keep a backup for longer family stays.
Location was perfect for shops, beach, restaurants and ABC, where you can get drinks, snacks, etc.
