"Incredible hotel stay! I don't believe we have ever had a better stay at any hotel. The newly remodeled Watercolor Inn is beautiful - everything is brand new, including the attached restaurant, Fish Out Of Water.
All personnel were friendly and helpful. Room service personnel brought freshly-baked cookies every evening. Pool is wonderful. Location is very good, being a short walk to Seaside.
We will never stay anywhere else on 30A."

"Property is smaller than picture. We stayed in early December and so not sure when it was last cleaned but it was dirty and there were roaches and although it’s got a kitchen it didn’t have any basic items like coffee tea spices for cooking. Management wasn’t willing to refund nor compensate our uncomfortable stay. "

"We arrived on Sunday night at the approach of the worst winter temps and most anticipated snow fall in history and the management REFUSED to refund our second night. A 10% discount on a future stay was offered. We had to evacuate after 10 hours in the condo on a two night stay and they stubbornly would not even allow us to speak to upper level management to plead our case. HOW INHUMANE!! For a lousy $150 and loss of my future business!!"

"The room was small but perfect for quaint relaxing getaway. The room did smell like campfire smoke however it didn't bother us. The staff was super friendly expect the people in the cafe next door. It was expensive to us for the size of the room but it was an experience more than the room to be honest. "
"My goodness…! Walking in and being shown my accommodations- I was absolutely SPEACHLESS! All of the materials used were the best quality and grade- from the flooring, appliances (Smeg/Wolfe) to the interior decorations. Just wow. They have a rooftop, infinity pool that is gorgeous at sunset. The beach is so beautiful and exclusive. The placement, the views, the waves were all perfect. The staff was INCREDIBLE: Hunter & Matthew are just… the best. I can’t wait to go back. "

"Perfect from start to finish. It was clean, and well stocked with any amenity you could ask for. Absolutely thrilled with it. We have stayed at other bungalows in there and this was hands down the best. "
"Overall the property is very clean and nice. It pretty much has everything you would need except beach towels. A few things they should add are bath rugs and a towel hanger( the one you can hang multiple towels on) and more hooks in general to hang towels. I do wish there was a gym on sight also. The area is great. We definitely will be back. "
