"We stayed in the "mid-century" suite on the third floor for a quick trip biking along the Great Allegheny Passage and touring Fallingwater (~20-25 min drive). Traveling with one couple and a friend, the two-bedroom arrangement worked out great, had great views of Connellsville from the third-floor windows. The included breakfast vouchers for the Comfort Inn were much appreciated, though we ended up not using them. Very nice first-floor kitchen, dining room, patio, and lounge areas.

"Enjoyed the hot tub & indoor pool. Loved having cocktails on the 9th floor balcony overlooking the mountains. My only complaint is the food. Choices are limited. Breakfast buffet was horrible. We ate at The Bavarian Inn (I think, it’s right in lodge lobby) & it was good. They have a limited menu as well. Customer Service was really good throughout the resort. Will be back."

"Came to Irwin to help clean out personal affects from a family member who died. This hotel exceeded my expectations—quiet, clean, comfortable bed, convenient to route 30 and the turnpike. It was so nice to come back to a clean room with a nice shower after cleaning all day. I would recommend to anyone staying in the Irwin area."
