"Great hotel prior to starting the safari. Safe location. Lots of walkable restaurant options. Beautiful rooms and property! Staff very attentive and helpful. "

The location is great! It was a close drive to the Maerua Mall and walking distance to the Independence Museum and the old Lutheran Church."
"I was bumped over to Movenpick, the sister hotel to Mercure on the shared property. Rooms at Movenpick have been redone and are nicely fitted out. The gym is awesome. The pool and pool area also awesome. There’s a coffee and pastry shop— excellent. And a nice restaurant whose primary fault is that there are only two fish dishes: Norwegian salmon and prawns. There’s a pizza place located within Mercure."
