"The advertising was incredibly fraudulent and stated 2 adults were staying. When I checked in the gentlemen said only one person made reservations and my husband was placed in the lobby and told he could sleep in the lobb as long he looked to be sitting up. I want a full refund and credit for a day as this had been horrific. After waking up my husband at 5:30 AM l in the lobby he was told he needed to be up."
