Right downtown, comfortable and clean.
Great service and price for the excellent room. I had expected a little better view. The room was comfortable. Fridge, hot water cooker and coffee machine were in the community kitchen. Coffee and tea were available. Bathroom was very comfortable and we had a table to eat breakfast etc. The cheaper parking lot of 6 euros per day is closed due to the bridge breakdown. The closest parking lot is 12 Euros per day.

Located in the heart of the old city with easy walking distance to everything that I wanted to see and do. Only had one problem and they fixed it in just a few hours: the bed was low and with my bad back I had trouble getting up but they raised the bed and it was great.

The staff was very friendly and the place was convenient. It was on the edge of the old walking area, so it was close to everything you'd want to see, but also far enough that it was quiet in the evening and you didn't have the noise from cafes in the area.

Rundum super
Die Lage ist einfach 1a! Wir waren hauptsächlich wegen des Striezelmarkts in Dresden, wollten aber natürlich auch etwas Sightseeing machen. Es ist alles fußläufig zu erreichen und so nahe, dass man auch problemlos zwischendurch nochmal auf dem Zimmer entspannen kann. Das Einchecken sonntags ohne besetzte Rezeption klappt völlig problemlos über einen Code-gesicherten Briefkasten. Parken ist zwar in nahe gelegenen Parkhäusern gut möglich, aber natürlich ein wenig kostenintensiv. Wenn man bereit ist 20-25 Minuten zu Fuß zu gehen, gibt es auch kostenlose Parkplätze (Z. B. an der Marienbrücke - unter der Carolabrücke ist seit diese einstürzte kein parken möglich). Die Teeküche (mit Kühlschrank, Geschirr und Spülmaschine), eignet sich hervorragend um abends noch ein wenig zusammen zu sitzen, oder natürlich auch um dort zu frühstücken oder für nen Nachmittags Kaffee. Am Anreisetag ging leider die Heizung in unserem Zimmer nicht, darum wurde sich aber umgehend gekümmert nachdem wir in der Rezeption Bescheid gaben. Überhaupt war die Dame an der Rezeption (welche gleichzeitig Pfarramt ist, wenn ich das richtig verstanden habe) außerordentlich freundlich und reizend.

Wir waren vier Tage da. Vom 23.2.24 bis 27.2.24. Uns wurde gesagt das in dieser Zeit keine Zimmerreinigung stattfindet, was eigendlich kein Problem ist. Auf Wunsch wäre es möglich. Am Wochenende ist die Rezeption nicht besetzt. Warscheinlich weil keine Saison ist. Das Hotel ist sauber und trotz Centraler Lage ruhig. Leider gibt es im Hotel kein Frühstück. In direkter Vetbingung mit dem Hotelgebäude ist ein Bistro wo man Frühstücken kann was aber nicht zu Empfehlen ist weil Preis Leistung überhaupt nicht entspricht. Auch ist der Bäcker in unmittelbaren Nähe nicht zu empfehlen. Man hat ringsherum Parkmöglichkeiten wobei man auf die Gebühren achten sollten, bsonders Parkhäuser sind sehr teuer. Man sollte dan schon unter der Carolabrücke parken wo wir von Fr. dis Di. 18 € bezahlt haben. Die öffentliche Verkehrsanbindung mit der Straßenbahn ist hervorragend. Alle Sehenswürdigkeit sind zu Fuß in kürze zu erreichen. Die Altstadt ist sehr sauber und mit tollen Restaurants bestückt. Sehr empfelungswert ist der Pulverturm der in 5 Min. zu erreichen ist mit fairen Preisen. Fazit, wer auf Luxushotel verzichten will und centeal sein möchte ist bei diesem Hotel goldrichtig.
