Their dining room closes at 9pm! The last Flam train gets in at 8:49 and so it is a rush to try and get to the dining - a buffet. They should extend the hours by 15 or 30 minutes and also serve a La carte especially for vegetarian guests. Their buffet is meat and fish heavy. Their breakfast buffet is also meat and fish heavy. Few hot dish options for vegetarian guests.
