Beautiful Stay!
What a beautiful hotel! The Dhevi hotel was wonderfully decorated, the staff was very nice and helpful, and the bed was very comfortable and the room was a good size! It’s easy to get a grab or taxi to take you closer into the city - but you should be aware it’s not right in city center, but that was fine for me! The only issue was the hot water didn’t work in my room. I told the staff after my first night and they said they would send a technician to fix it but it never happened. I only stayed for 3 nights so I just took cold showers - not a huge deal but would have been nice to have warm water! Overall it was a great stay in a beautiful hotel! I recommend the breakfast!

very clean and helpful staff, spoke fluent English. 15 mins walk from BTS station and near buses. There were holes in the bath mat and the bidet was leaking from the tap, but they probably would have replaced or fixed it if we had asked.

I was provided with water daily but accidentally cut my finger while opening said water bottle. I reported to staff who provided band aid but at departure I had to pay for the cleaning or bedding and towels. I think they attributed to the cause by providing unsafe conditions as in the water bottle

I booked 1 bedroom , first they gave me one, i took my stuff inthe room ,took a shower, minute later phone rings, they told me that they gave me the wrong room, they moved me to smaller room, so i had take all my stuff to that room , they said someone else got the first room for more money and for 3 days .and also i booked the transportation to pick up me from the airport , never showed up, later thet said he came to airport but i didn't see anyone waiting for me , so i had to take a taxi and pay more to get to hotel.
