We come to Rumlang often. Having stayed several times at the nearby, rather impersonal, InterCity Hotel, we decided to give the Jet a try. It was so much better! Although the rooms are less modern, they are clean and perfectly adequate. However, what sets Jet Hotel apart is its staff. Instead of automated check-ins there is a proper reception, staffed by pleasant people who are welcoming, helpful, professional and friendly. They were able to get us additional pillows within minutes and answered all our questions with a smile. Another major bonus was the free coffee machine in the dining room from which we could get an excellent cuppa every morning. The hotel is also very close to the railway station and bus stop, and transport to and from the airport is a doddle. We've found our new home in Rumlang and will be back!

Enjoyed my stay thoroughly at this establishment. Short distance from airport and Zurich HB (main station). The receptionist I met on my arrival, and indeed was the same who checked me out, was very friendly and even managed to upgrade my room due to availability. Room was very and housekeeping cleaned throughout my stay. Station for links to airport and central station is about a two minute walk and accessible. The only thing I would suggest is have a firmer pillow option. Thanks Tripp Inn.

If you ignore the planes flying overhead, great walks along the the small river in front of the place to stretch your legs before a long flight. The check-in was smooth and hassle-free, and the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with directions or recommendations around the city. My room was spotless, well-equipped, and very cozy, with a comfortable bed that made it easy to relax after a day of exploring Zurich. What I especially loved was the hotel’s location — close to transport connections and within easy reach of the city center, making sightseeing very convenient. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and all amenities worked perfectly. Overall, my stay felt effortless and relaxing. Jet hotel is a good place to stay, either for a night, or a few days to see Zurich. good breakfast, and close to the railway to get to the city. 5 minutes walk to the rail station and 20 min. ride direct to Zurich. Rooms are clean and well kept. Staff is excellent and respectful. close by are a few groceries and fast food places. Zurich airport provides free shuttle to hotel.
