Our 7 night stay at this hotel was amazing! It is the perfect location in the heart of Madrid. The breakfast buffet was excellent with great variety and superb quality. The view from the rooftop restaurant is not to be missed.

small room with view onto a window shaft, fake rug is generic astroturf, clogged and confusing elevator system, hundreds of guests packed into crowded lobby/common spaces including cafeteria, where breakfast is fine but nothing special. Location is great, and the building is iconic, but tThere are many better hotel options in that corner of Madrid.
