The property is tucked into the jungle close to town and the beach. The sound of the surf is relaxing. There is always wildlife on the property: birds, monkeys, aguatis, iguanas. It's a great spot. The staff is friendly and helpful. Good restaurant. Great breakfast options.

Stunning hotels nestled in nature

Beautiful hotel and grounds. Nya is located a short walk from Montezuma. The grounds are stunning with pathways through lush forest. There’s little nooks with hammocks, a yoga platform, and gorgeous pool. Sitting at the pool and watching monkeys, squirrels and tropical birds was amazing. We ate breakfast and one dinner in the restaurant. Breakfast was a great start to the day with the daily juice, varied menu and coffee. The bar had a great happy hour, with a fun bar tender who made delicious cocktails. I highly recommend this hotel when staying in Montezuma

Nya is a beautiful property with wildlife all around. I was able to watch a family if howler monkeys from the hammock outside my room. They left me a yummy dessert daily in my room they put in while I was out. The free breakfast menu had a variety of options including vegetarian. Property is town so walkable and beach is right across flyer road from the property. Got the best massage there as well.

Property is beautiful, lots of birds and monkeys. Room was perfect, clean, very comfortable, overlooking the native jungle garden. Breakfast was fantastic! Service was great, everyone was very friendly and helpful. Pool is beautiful and well maintained. Could not have been better. As VIP Platinum members we were able to upgrade to a balcony suite. Had dinner at the restaurant one night and it was amazing! Josue was our usual bartender/waiter and he was great, so friendly and a great conversation.

Most relaxing hotel I have every stayed at

This has to be the best hotel I have ever stayed at and I have been all over the world! The surroundings are just so relaxing. Nice and shaded. I stayed for 5 nights and kept finding a new spot to chill out each evening ie one of the hammocks dotted about, seating or just at the pool. The bar/restaurant adjacent serves delicious food and drink that is very reasonably priced. The room smelt so clean and fresh and was so nice to walk into on return from a (hot and sweaty) hike. Beach and Montezuma town is on your doorstep also.

Very nice property in this quaint town. Service was impeccable. Complimentary breakfast was wonderful. Excellent water pressure. Property was located steps from beach and town. The beach in this area is a little rocky, but a 20 minute hike to Playa Grande and you will be at one of the most gorgeous beaches for surfing and swimming. It includes a nice little water hole on the way. If I go back to this area, I would stay here again. Nice job NYA!

The hotel was fabulous, set in its own piece of jungle. Green, tropical and quiet. We had a super room overlooking the jungle with all the wonderful noises and the waves in the background. My only observation was it was a little hard to find, we arrived after dark and the map showed we had arrived but took a minute to find it. I suggest the management illuminate the hotel sign ?? Highly recommend. Montezuma is small but very attractive little town and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay
