First room offered was unusable as under renovation full of building materials and rubble. Second room given was without any form of heating on a cold January with bedding consisting of sheet and blanket. Totally unacceptable so had to find alternative accommodation at another hotel. Having prepaid we want a full refund.

en fin de compte, c est un hotel qui se trouve au bord de l autoroute la chambre que nous avions donnait sur la route nous avons eu l impression toute la nuit que les camions passaient dans notre chambre meme si le prix de la chambre etait raisonnable, il aurait mieux valu dormir dans la voiture nous n avons pas dormi de la nuit
