The check in counter is oddly placed, the queue ends up or go right by the entrance, so there was slightly chaos when we arrived.
The smallest hotel room I've ever lived in.
You could feel a gap/difference in levels in the queen size bed, wasn't very comfy from start.
There was no conditioner for the hair or no body lotion when you took a shower, this is outrageous in my world. And the shower leaked out water in the rest of the bathroom.
The elevator system felt underdimensioned, never seen so few elevators in a hotel before. I also tried the online check in, but I still ended up in the counter, and no advantages of doing that at all from the start.
I liked the chef on the breakfast buffet that made omelettes, and the location that was close to the metro. But that's it. All the personnel was nice and friendly.
