She hald doors and moved items and got us in the perfect room to assist with his mobility issues. The room was clean and comfortable with new mattresses. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable and the staff were very friendly and professional. My only complaint is the towels. They were cheap, small towels that smelled bad. They were supposed to be white but they looked dingy grey and were rough. They did not have bath size towels. Also, no shampoo or conditioner.
