The location was incredible and the staff were friendly and incredibly accomodating. A chair in my room needed to be replaced and the TV was not fully installed yet, but neither of those things detracted from the experience in any meaningful way. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone traveling to Placencia.

The hostess Shelly was amazing! She waited for us to get there. The express bus is not so express!!!! Everyday she greeted us good morning and always before she left she stopped by to see if we needed anything. She is very pleasant, easy to talk with and knows her facility. If we had any questions they were answered promptly or needed something fixed it was looked into right away. Ty fixed things and always had fresh water with flower in the foot bowl to rinse the sand off our feet before going indoors. He even offered us fresh coconut water. He showed us how to cut the coconut and gave a bit of onto. The differences between the younger coconuts and the older one. Shelly and Ty really make you feel welcome. The place is a bit out dated but for us it was ok and the staff made up for it all!
