Phoenix Suites was more than we expected. I loved this mini-condo with living area, kitchen, with balcony , and beach front assess. This resort is conveniently located to Hangout beach area. The BEST part was that it was affordable.

This stay was amazing. The condo was everything we needed. Staff was exceedingly friendly, the condo was clean and a great location and our stay was perfect. It was just me and my three girls and I felt very safe. The beach was ideal and not a far walk from the condo thankfully. The pool was also very nice.

Condo was nice. Doesn’t have washer or dryer. Does have laundry services for your towels and wash cloths. Elevators take a long time. Only two elevators. Good access to beach. There was a bug on the headboard of our king bed.

Overall it was convenient to the beach and was i. Good condition. The bunk beds were a little small and uncomfortable. The other item that was a nuisance was only having 2 elevators. Took a long time to be able to get elevator especially being on the 10th floor.

Overall, we had a great stay and really enjoyed our time. However, it would have been helpful to know in advance that coffee filters weren’t provided, and that the washer and dryers were located on the first floor rather than in the unit. They also require coins, but there was no change machine available. Additionally, we had to pay $50 for a parking permit for a second vehicle, which would have been good to know ahead of time.
