The staff was friendly and very willing to answer questions about the hotel and the room but also about Lisbon and the surrounding area. This hotel is so nice, sometimes the photos are deceiving but my room was so clean and charming. It rained my entire stay and I was so happy I booked this room since I spent a little more time inside than I planned. There are mini markets all over and the kitchenette in my room was perfect. All the staff are very kind and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel if you’re going to Lisbon.

This is directly in the heart of the city and it is within walking distance to everything in the Chiado area. Would def recommend as it was spacious, clean and centrally located. They do have a weird smell upon entry to lobby but that was only a problem upon entering building. Otherwise would 100% recommend this place.
