Pool ladder broke injuring my arm and breaking my knee. Food is rotten and you will spend much time in the toilet. Drinks are cheap local rubbish not proper brands. Curtains handing off rail And sleep with exposed window. Beds like bricks. Bedding worn frayed and Bobbly. Staff do not leave you alone trying to talk non stop. First night they also decided to come knock on my door late at night. Highly inappropriate for a lone female To have men knocking late at night.

There are only elderly people in the hotel

First of all, our Egyptian brothers and sisters, we really love you. We are a brother country but I must write the truth, I apologize. The hotel that ruined our holiday :) really has terrible service compared to hotels in this price range. An old hotel. We were the only young couple. They put us in a dark, dirty, damp, old room. We froze until the morning due to the air conditioning that did not work at night. They also gave two single beds to a married couple. It's a joke. The food is poor quality, lacking variety and tasteless. The dessert is only sweet with its appearance. Even the drinking water was tap water. There was no coffee taste in the coffee :) There were parties every day in other hotels with the same price, we tried to sunbathe in the pool with old people here. It was an unheated, ice-cold pool. The room and toilet were filthy. There is no such thing as cola, they serve sugary, strange-smelling acidic water :) I can say that we barely held on and prayed for it to end. The reception area needs serious architectural decoration. It is very old. The only good thing is that we liked the beach. It was easy to find a sunbed on the beach. It was also nice that they provided towel service. There were plenty of palm trees that we could take pictures of. We couldn't take any photos at the hotel anyway, we could only take them on the beach. I'm sorry. Some things need to be changed. Especially the uncomfortable room.

Etat de la chambre : pas trĂšs propre, ils ne font pas le mĂ©nage tout les jours (ils ne le font qu'Ă  la demande ), de la rouille sur certains endroits de la salle de bain, de la poussiĂšre sur les meubles et bouche d'aĂ©ration, frigo et quelques coins de meubles dĂ©gradĂ©s, isolation trĂšs faible Restauration : assez variĂ©, trĂšs bon, serveurs (surtout Mostafa & Ahmed sont hyper incroyablement gentils) juste que si vous rĂ©servez dans cet hĂŽtel avec animaux interdits attendez-vous Ă  voir des chats se balader dans tout le complexe hĂŽtelier ainsi que dans le restaurant pendant les repas All in : pas vraiment : certaines boissons ne sont pas comprise mais il y a carrĂ©ment l'un des bars qui est payant pour toute consommation (mĂȘme de l'eau), nous n'avions pas eu l'information j'ai Ă©tĂ© surpris qu'on nous attendait Ă  la sortie du restaurant avec l'addition que j'ai contestĂ© n'ayant pas eu l'info et ils ne voulaient rien savoir, je leur ai dit d'appeler Expedia et d'expliquer lĂ  ils ont changĂ© d'avis pour Ă©viter tout problĂšme WiFi : la wifi sur les 7 jours sur place n'a fonctionnĂ© que 2 voir 3 fois une heure et uniquement au niveau de la piscine (aucune connexion internet dans les chambres) Ayant rĂ©servĂ© et payĂ© un supplĂ©ment vue mer j'ai eu une chambre vue piscine et lorsque j'ai demandĂ© ils m'ont dit soi-disant qu'il n'y avait aucune disponibilitĂ© pour ma chambre sĂ©lectionnĂ©e alors qu'il y avait pas beaucoup de monde dans l'hĂŽtel.... Rapport qualitĂ© prix imbattable. Quelques travaux de rĂ©habilitation et modernisation des chambres, notamment des salles de bain devraient ĂȘtre entrepris. Sinon nous avons passĂ© un bon sĂ©jour grĂące Ă  l'excellent club de plongĂ©e de l'hĂŽtel Aquanauts, que je recommande trĂšs fortement.
