The room was lovely, the breakfast bag great but it would have been nice to be warned that live music would be played very loud until midnight on the two nights we stayed. We could at the least brought earplugs. The stay was fine other than that but prior knowledge would have been the polite thing to do.

Nice central to Walsham place to stay. It is above the pub so you must expect some noise but all quiet after 11:30-12:00 pm. Didn’t try the bar or food but seeing how busy they were it must of been good. Would definitely stay again

We booked to stay for two nights whilst visiting the local area. Check in was unbelievably simple, after which we were shown to our Room. Throughout our stay all the Staff were extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful. We ate in the Bar on both nights of our stay. The Menu was very good and well priced. The Food was excellent and served with a smile. Breakfast is not available in the pub itself but Guests are given a Continental Breakfast Bag in the Room for each morning. The contents had been well thought out - we particularly enjoyed the Instant Porridge, thank you! In fact, throughout the whole stay, nothing was too much trouble. There is a small car park at the Pub but space is tight - we were fine as only on a motorbike but, for cars, it could get tricky. If in the area again, we would certainly stay here.

really enjoyed our stay at kins arms, a lovely place with very helpful and friendly staff, who always went beyond.very pleased we were allowed a slightly later ceck out as train not till later. will def come back food was great too
