Beautiful hotel, only suggestion is to stay here the summer time only because they have one the most beautiful outdoor pools I’ve ever seen. I went when it was raining so I couldn’t enjoy it but the view from the pool and pool itself were spectacular to say the least. The breakfast here is definitely a plus.

Beautiful hotel!

Our stay at Elite World Grand was overall lovely, the hotel is elegant, the rooms are spacious and clean, and the housekeeping was excellent. We really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and beautiful interior. One of the absolute highlights was the breakfast, it was truly wonderful, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options that we looked forward to every morning. The only downside was the experience before arrival. We had contacted the hotel to help us arrange a taxi from the airport, and although they initially responded, the communication eventually stopped completely. We were left without clear information and had to arrange a taxi on our own last minute, which was quite stressful after a long trip. That said, once we arrived, everything went smoothly and we had a pleasant stay. With just a bit more consistency and follow-through in their guest communication, especially before check-in, the hotel could offer an even more seamless experience.

A very nice and chic hotel. Some staff are very friendly. Some rather unfriendly (especially at the rooftop restaurant). The rooms are nicely furnished, but it‘s time to do a soft renovation. You can see the age of the room furnishings. The breakfast is excellent. Great selection. Everything very fresh and delicious. The SPA area is also nicely furnished but the additional services are a bit too expensive. All prices in euros and more expensive than in other 5-star hotels in Europe. All in all, a really nice stay and the hotel is highly recommended.

Repeated issues ordering food, my room smells like fish, very limited options at the breakfast for a vegan or vegetarian. I had french fries and a bagel not good one morning. The buffet was a major disappointment. A modern entertainment system would have been appreciated. The room was very nice other than the fish smell.

The staff are all really nice and professional. A lot of the staff speak English if you are an English speaker. It is very quiet and clean. If you need rest , this location is far from the city center so it is very nice and quiet, which it can get very very loud in the city centre. They have a stream room , sauna and hammam which you can access for free all the time before 10pm. I used it everyday. The massage lady was sooo good!! The gym is not a basic hotel gym, it’s a pretty nice gym with machines as well as standard free weights and cardio machines. They have 24 hour room service. If you need uber eats, you can use thier Getir app (uber eats in turkey, doesn’t require a Turkish phone number) and there are lots of options. The only thing I didn’t like was that there isn’t much to do and see around the area. There is one mall which is really nice and it has most stores you may need for your vacation (ie food court, drug store , electronics , grocery store). But when I came here I was prioritizing a quiet , clean , rest time so that was the trade off I was ok with . I did soo much research when picking a hotel on the Asian side and a lot of the other hotels are not clean or are loud af. I recommend electric world grand!!!
