Elevator out of service. Hallway thermostat set at 83 degrees. Asked for towels, etc , not brought up, had to go get them. Stayed 3 nights room keys only programmed for 1. Beds too hard. Very large, loud family (not sure if all were guests or not) pretty much took over lobby and pool entire stay.
