The pictures looked good on the Hotel's website, but when we went in the room, there was cockroaches and no soap what so ever. The outside balcony door and the bathroom door was handing for dear life and underneath the bed was big dust accumulation. In the morning for breakfast was put in the downstairs part, where there was visible mold in the paint and falling paint chips that are on the old furniture. The breakfast meat & cheeses were not cold and very limited in selection on breads, which was almost solid. We did not eat dinner once there, and we ate elsewhere for breakfast for the remainder of our stay. Hotel staff was limited when we checked out and we notified them of the issues when we checked in, and they were surprised on the condition of the room. They did respond quickly, but in future travel to the area, will stay somewhere else. Have pictures of the condition of the room, but out of respect to the establishment, not posting.

Because of the Volksfest the kitchen was closed for 4 days. No information beforehand! Also a party on Saturday: till 04:45 very loud music. Did not sleep one moment: terrible experience. Also very unfriendly and unpleasant arrogant personal. If we knew this beforehand we never had booked this..

We were taking the morning flight from Munich airport and chose to stay at this hotel. The room is VERY basic. The room that we were allocated has recently been renovated. Sheets are very clean. There's a TV although I didn't turn it on. There is no kettle, microwave or anything like that. Just a room.

We arrived around 9 pm to the hotel, and found out that no rooms are available, even though we have booked this hotel few months in advance. Even though the front desk person was nice, apologize and provide us with sandwiches for the morning, the hotel they have found for us to stay overnight was terrible: no shampoo or shower gel, no breakfast.

Rezeption ist selten besetzt. Frühstück sehr spärlich. Teilweise kein W-LAN auf dem Zimmer. Fernseher nur 3 Programme!!! Fernbedienung wurde nach 2 erst nach 2x nachfragen die Batterie getauscht. Shampoo war bei Ankunft leer. Insgesamt unterer Durchschnittlich. Das Hotel liegt dennoch sehr verkehrsgünstig und man kann alles zu Fuß erreichen.

Die Kopfkissen sind ausgeleiert und klumpig. Glücklicherweise wurden uns nach Reklamation andere gebracht.Es fehlt ein Schrank, das Regal ist unzureichend für Kleidung, die über einen Tag hinausgeht.Im Bad fehlt eine Ablage für die Kulturtasche(n).Es gab nur ein Duschtuch, zu wenig wenn man sich auch mal die Haare waschen möchte.
