Very disappointed with customer service. I had requested king bed, they gave me a twin, asked to change, they didn’t have anything available. The manager came and told me to return the next day that they will give me a better room and a discount, came back, got the type of room that I originally requested (there was a constant noise from the hotel’s heating system) + at check out no discount. The bathroom was tired and patched up, I received one towel, poor breakfast for vegetarians. Would not recommend.

Centraal gelegen zeer goed hotel. Aan grote Bld dus wel wat lawaai. Zwembad ontgoochelt beetje door grootte. Zeer nette en ruime kamers.
