It is a good option to stay

The hotel is good, definitively I would come back; however, I have some comments: the reservation offered Queen bed for two adults and one kid, but it seems more like a Full size with a pad over it smaller than the mattress box, it was confortable thou; at breakfast the hostess said the rooms did not include it, even when the reservation clearly said it was, at the end they respected what the reservation said, but it was a very annoying moment that made us feel like begging for food; finally, there is no self-parking, only valet, and we do not like that.

FATAL DESAYUNOS Y PESIMO SERVICIO DE LA GENTE DE C

Fui al Hotel Ibis Tlanepantla, llegue y el cuarto olía a Patas, no hicieron bien el aseo, el baño embarrado de pasta, no hicieron bien la limpieza, me cambiaron de cuarto. El desayuno el primer día llegue y no había fruta picada, tardaron como 1 hr en picarla, toda la comida fría y los chilaquiles solo remojados, no saben cocinas, les comentas a las chicas que no hay fruta y se enojan y se tardan más. Llego más gente y en el servicio ya no había frijoles y dijeron ya se habían terminado, y todavía faltaba más por desayunar gentes, si paga uno el hotel con desayuno, deben poner empeño en cocinar bien y que siempre haya todo, y bien guisado, caliente, y que las chicas y meseros los cambien getonas, no les gusta atender gente.
