Hotel was clean and well kept. The staff was accommodating. My only complaint is that the food quality can be improved. I would rate the buffet and score bar 3 out of 10. The food was bland and tasteless. We didn’t get a chance to eat at the specialty restaurants because there were no available reservations for the 4 nights that we were there.

The location and facilities are good for a leisurely holiday; however the general attitude of the staff and their service would leave you feel unwelcome and could significantly dampen your overall experience. Not something that you’d normally expect from a luxury resort that charges premium rates.
