LISA greeted me at the front desk, quickly, efficiently and professionally and cheerfully. She gave me lots of tips and pointers about how to use the facility and the pool and the breakfast area. The room was clean, sharply appointed, elegant, in its simplicity, and far more than I expected. I was very, very pleased. The water and the coffee maker were above and beyond. I will stay here again.

The pool is incredibly beautiful; you can look out the window, and sometimes the water is heated when there are swimming lessons for children. The rooms (apartments) were very spacious. We really appreciated the friendly receptionist's solution-oriented approach and smiles. The food was excellent, the restaurant was very comfortable, and there was a large copper samovar for Turkish tea. It's incredible. There's a parking lot, and there's also free parking next to the hotel. Getting into the city by car was very easy.

This was a great hotel. We were upgraded from a standard room to an apartment and breakfast. The staff were friendly and very helpful (thank you, Lisa!) and helped us modify a dinner reservation and get a taxi. The hotel was very clean, the buffet great and there was free shuttle service to the airport every half hour. We were not there long enough to try out the pool or the cinema, but nice to know they existed. There is a small convenience shop as well. About a block from the hotel is a bus station with service into Amsterdam. Depending upon where you want to go, it may be easier to take the shuttle to the airport and the train to Centraal Station. I would definitely stay there again.

We were allocated a room in the adjacent "Apartments" building which was huge and included a sofa, dining table, and small but very functional kitchen. The bed was very comfortable and the setting felt luxurious. The shuttle to and from the airport was easy and ran precisely as scheduled. Much better value for us than a hotel where one could walk to the terminal but those with large amounts of baggage might prefer to be closer. We would stay again.

Hotel has so much to offer, but unfortunately by the time we got there the movie tickets and spa were already booked for the day. We stayed in one of the new updated apartment rooms. It was huge and very nice. There is definitely still construction going on and you could hear it in the morning on the way to checkout, but quiet overnight. Good food and clean
