The room was good, the staff on arrival swearing about the owner, said don't stay here, then they swore at the owner on departure our car was blocked in, no car registration system as in most hotels, at first no one knew whose car, hotel owner very aggressive, calling us selfish as we had to leave, dropped his laptop looking for info blamed us, it took around an hour for him to remember whose car it was.
The hotel had no real system, on arrival he hadn't got a clue which room we were in. By the main entrance outside small car park 4 cars, then some old seats where I think there were staff sat there, the initial reception room dated.
The owner was ok while everything was going well, but aggressive when he had to deal with staff or customers.
It's a shame as a good location, and room was very good.
The hotel needs a system, and I know it's difficult to get good staff but they were weird to be polite.
