Amazing. We had an incredible family stay with our two kids. Our suite had a perfect view, large patio, and plenty of space. Can’t say enough good things regarding staff- they made our kids feel so welcome, our daughter teared up leaving today because she says she will miss everyone. They coordinated our balloon ride, and excursions, and provided excellent hospitality.

Great stay - what a view!!!!

This is a beautiful hotel in an amazing location. The staff are terrific - super friendly and helpful. The room was amazing and the views are just spectacular. The included breakfast was extremely generous - it just is not possible to eat all of the food that they provide. Although not located in Göreme - all of the tour operators were happy to pick us up

Excellent location, espectacular view. Unfortunately, the area next to the roof-top is going thru renovation, so we couldn't access the roof-top as shown on the expedia photos. Nonetheless, it is an excellent hotel to stay. The breakfast is amazing. Highly recommended!

Hotel staff always courteous and helpful and try as much to meet your requests. Good breakfast spread and a nice terrace / deck with a lovely view. It will be good for them to get better quality umbrellas as it was windy and rainy when we were there and the umbrellas just folded up when winds got a bit gusty. They should at least provide facial tissues in the bathroom which are essential for any hotels. Fridge was not cold at all... and think it was not working.

The management needs to improve their service during breakfast time. There are 10 rooms in this hotel and only one person taking care of the breakfast area. People often arrives with no staffs there while the only staff is already busy inside the kitchen... The room is good and everything functional. It's cool but damp inside the cave, it's understandable but they may want to do something about that to remove the damp smell.

Best hotel we have stayed in Cappadocia. We have stayed in a few hotels here and this is by far the best in terms of service, kindness, food, helps and accommodation. First of all the rooms are amazing and the breakfast is wonderful. We got the king suite and it’s more like an emperor suite. It was a duplex suite with bathtub and amazing view and huge living room and washroom. Secondly, my car broke down next to the hotel and Umit the manager was ready to help every step of the way. He arranged a battery boost. Then later he came out of his way to communicate the towing for me. Something that is not his job at all. Thirdly, he arranged our ballon ride for 2 of us. His pricing was unbelievable and the company we went with was simply once in a lifetime experience. Finally, we needed to book an additional day here for our car troubles, he let us stay in the nice room when we only booked the regular room. This hotel and the staffs went above and beyond for me and my wife. They were ready to do anything for us. The vibe here was fabulous, the beauty and the charm of this hotel is simply dreamy. I 110% recommend this hotel to everyone. Hotel is 2 steps away from the Uchisar castle. You leave the door and it’s right there. Parking was available too. The view was spectacular with multiple terraces. We were welcomed warmly and our stay was absolutely memorable.

Öncelikle otelin bulunduğu konumdan ve büyüleyici manzarasından etkilenmemek mümkün değil. Otelde her şey beklentimin üzerindeydi. Hizmet, güleryüz, temizlik, otel personelinin ilgisi üst düzeydeydi. Ümit Bey, Eylem Hanım, ve Selim Bey’e özellikle teşekkür etmek gerekiyor. Bölgede gezilecek, görülmesi gereken yerler ve restaurantlarla ilgili yönlendirmeleri işimizi çok kolaylaştırdı. Bon plan à l'écart de l'agitation avec super vue

Le Dream n'était pas forcément le dream mais il était très sympas...sauf le petit déjeuner qui était pas cool. Dans l'ensemble, c'est un hôtel bien situé, tout au sommet d'Uchisar, à 20m de l'entrée du château et en mai, il y avait du parking facilement. La vue est incroyable depuis les nombreuses terrasses. La chambre était exactement celle que nous avons choisis (la 106) et elle était fabuleuse. Alors oui c'est vrai qu'il fait chaud et humide dans les chambres troglodytes et il y a aussi une odeur légère mais très franchement c'est acceptable et on s'y fait rapidement, la climatisation peut aider. L'accueil 24h est rassurant et le réceptionniste le plus âgé (peut -être le patron?) parle très bien anglais et nous a parfaitement expliqué les choses lors de notre arrivée tardive. Les autres sont très jeunes et pas fort expérimentés pour la gestion d'un Hotel appelé "dream" mais ce n'est pas très grave. Les points négatifs sont le petit déjeuner qui est tous les jours le même (sauf un œuf qui change) et il est imposé à table sans choix possible. Ensuite, le wifi est instable. Enfin, les plats proposés au menu du restaurant et les boissons sont très très chers, il ne faut pas manger là bas. Rendez-vous dans la ville de Uchisar ou Gorëme. Il y a des dizaines d'hotels dans la zone et les points forts principaux c'est qu'il est au calme, loin de l'agitation de Göreme et offre probablement la meilleure vue sur la région. Les montgolfières sont visibles mais elles sont loin.
